2026 ഓഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തെ റേഷൻ വിഹിതം ഇന്നലെ (31.08.2026) അവസാനിച്ചു. ഇന്ന് (01.09.2026) നാളെ (02.09.2026) എന്നീ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ റേഷൻ കടകൾക്ക് അവധിയായിരിക്കും. 2026 സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസത്തെ റേഷൻ വിതരണം 03.09.2026 (വ്യാഴാഴ്ച) മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. 2026 ജൂലൈ-ആഗസ്റ്റ്-സെപ്റ്റംബർ ക്വാർട്ടറിൽ, വൈദ്യുതി ഉള്ള വീടുകളിലെ AAY കാർഡിന് ആകെ 1 ലിറ്റർ മണ്ണെണ്ണയും, PHH, NPS, NPNS കാർഡുകൾക്ക് ആകെ 0.5 ലിറ്റർ മണ്ണെണ്ണയും, വൈദ്യുതി ഇല്ലാത്ത വീടുകളിലെ കാർഡുകൾക്ക് ആകെ 6 ലിറ്റർ മണ്ണെണ്ണയും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
The distribution of the August 2026 ration quota officially concluded yesterday (August 31, 2026). In observance of the monthly stock-taking and administrative procedures, all ration shops across Kerala will remain closed today (September 1) and tomorrow (September 2). The Civil Supplies Department has confirmed that the distribution of the September 2026 ration quota will commence on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Beneficiaries are advised to visit their designated ration shops from that date onwards to collect their entitled provisions.
As part of the July-September 2026 quarterly allocation, the Department of Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs has detailed the kerosene distribution policy based on household electricity status and card categories. Households with electricity will receive the following: AAY (Antyodaya Anna Yojana) cardholders will get a total of 1 liter of kerosene, while PHH (Priority Household), NPS (Non-Priority Subsidized), and NPNS (Non-Priority Non-Subsidized) cardholders will receive 0.5 liters each for the entire quarter.
However, households without electricity will receive a significantly higher allocation of 6 liters of kerosene, regardless of their card category, to compensate for their dependence on kerosene for lighting and domestic needs. Ration cardholders are requested to collect their September quota from their respective Fair Price Shops after September 3, 2026. The Civil Supplies Department has urged beneficiaries to ensure timely collection and to carry their ration cards when visiting the shops.
