The first-look poster of Dileep’s landmark 153rd film, titled Henok – The Man in the Mist, has been officially released to mark the actor’s birthday. The poster introduces Dileep as Dr. Leo Thomas, a forensic surgeon, hinting at a dark, atmospheric, and gripping narrative centered around his character. The film is a tight, suspense-filled “whodunnit” mystery thriller, with the creators teasing it with the tagline: “A gripping mystery where every clue leads to another question”.

Directed by Ullas Krishna, who previously helmed the 2024 fantasy-thriller Pushpaka Vimanam, Henok is produced by M Star Entertainments and distributed by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films. The screenplay is penned by Robin and Ullas Krishna, with Shaji Kumar handling cinematography and Mujeeb Majeed composing the music. The film’s pooja ceremony was held in Alappuzha on October 19, 2026, marking the start of production.
Alongside Dileep, the supporting cast includes Johny Antony, Grace Antony, Arjun Radhakrishnan, Raghunath Paleri, and Sudhy Kopa, among others. The title draws inspiration from the biblical figure Enoch, whose name is associated with one who walks with God, and according to the makers, the film explores questions of justice through the journey of its protagonist. With its dark, mystery-laden first look and a compelling premise centered on a forensic surgeon navigating a tangled investigation, Henok – The Man in the Mist is shaping up to be one of Dileep’s most intriguing projects in recent years.
